Spring is here! The birds are chirping, the sun is shining and it seems that everyone is bragging all over social media about their upcoming 5K or mud run. If running isn’t your thing but you would still love to catch a few rays while you workout, don’t bother signing up for a race and collecting yet another cotton t-shirt (that will inevitably end up in the donation pile). There’s no faster route to failure than forcing yourself into workouts you don’t enjoy so here are a few fun exercises that get you outside with no jogging, sprinting or racing required! Maybe you can even stray a few friends your way!
