Ingredients
2
slices
bread
use thinly sliced seed bread
1
avocado
1/4
jalapeño
1
squirt
lime juice
arugula
parsley
chopped
seasoning
salt, peper and anything you like!
Instructions
Chop up jalapeño
Open avocado and place into bowl (or mortar and pestle if you have one)
Place bread in toaster
Combine add the jalapeño, seasonings and lime juice in with the avocado and SMASH!
Place the mix on top of the toast and add arugula
Garnish the avocado toast with parsley
