With her due date a mere week away, Emily Breeze is taking the internet by storm. The 2x Crossfit Games athlete and trainer is not letting her massive baby bump stop her from getting in a last minute workout.
This super mom is no stranger to athletics, as a former Division I athlete in both basketball and track at Winthrop University in South Carolina, fitness is in her blood.
If this makes you a little nervous, you’re not alone but don’t worry Breeze took to The Today Show to set the record straight. There are a lot of common myths when it comes to working out when pregnant but she is doing what is best for her baby, following her doctor’s recommendations.
With her little boy coming any day now, it looks like Breeze might be going right from the gym to the delivery room. One thing is for sure, she is a strong, determined woman.
Breeze also ensures that once she gives birth her baby will be right next to her at the gym and she hopes that she will teach him to live a healthy and happy life.
