YouTube is a great resource for fast, effective workouts you can do in the comfort of your home. Here are a few of our favorites! Follow the accounts below for some serious butt-kicking workouts.
Meet Blogilates (also known as POP Pilates) founder, Cassey Ho. She’s energetic, bubbly, and ready to inspire you to m-o-v-e. Her YouTube channel is full of videos for whatever workout you’re looking for: Happy Hard Core, Brutal Booty, Leg + Butt Sculptor, and so much more. Ho also offers nutritional and career advice, think recipes and tips like how to start a clothing line.
2. Emily Skye
This Australian fitness star has a massive fan base—over four million followers on YouTube and over eight million on Facebook. Every day, she posts a new, free workout for fans. You don’t need a lot of equipment to tackle her routines, just a set of dumbbells and a balance ball. Every workout targets a specific body part, unless it’s a HIIT or cardio routine. They’re fun and challenging, yet doable for everyone!
3. Carly Rowena
This Brit specializes in at-home or playground workouts, with modifications for how to make every exercise harder or easier. She uploads new videos every Sunday. Examples include her One Song Butt Workout and 3-Minute Home Abs Workout. Her instructions are very clear, making her workouts easy to follow along with!
4. Kayla Itsines
Itsines has inspired a fit army of followers with her Bikini Body Training Guide, which features 28-minute workouts, comprised of two different circuits that you repeat twice. Before you invest in subscribing to her app or downloading her guide, you can check out all of her free workouts on YouTube. Like the others on this list, they’re short, doable, and can be done at home.
5. Tone It Up
Arguably two of the biggest names in fitness right now, Katrina Hodgson and Karena Dawn, teamed up to create Tone It Up. They’re constantly creating new monthly fitness challenges that you can follow along on their YouTube channel, website, or Instagram account. Their inventive workouts are always fun and will leave you feeling sore the next day.
