This 4-week cardio challenge will help you burn fat, increase your endurance, and tone your body. It can be done at home, at the gym, or outside – or a combination! There are times when you will be required to run, so it is best to have either a treadmill or outdoor space available. If you don’t, no worries – you can do the exercise in place.
